Madeline (Black) St. Pierre

Madeline St. Pierre, age 78, of Manchester, NH and formerly of Bangor, ME, died December 4, 2019 after a long illness at her home surrounded by her sister Gloria and her daughter Denise by her side. She was born July 22, 1941 in Bangor ME, the daughter of Ora and Mary Black.

Madeline attended and graduated from Bangor High School and worked in the food service industry as well as owning her own dog breeding business.
Surviving are four sons, John, Tim, Dennis and Jesse St. Pierre and his wife Tracy, and one daughter Denise Barone and her husband Mario. Madeline has four grandchildren Bradley, Jennifer, Brittany and Marcus. Madeline has three surviving siblings - two brothers, Martin and James Black and one sister, Gloria Black of Maine. Madeline was predeceased by three brothers, Ora, Edward and Joseph; six sisters, Mary Francis, Vera, Irene, Marylyn, Elizabeth and Patricia.

Madeline had a love for horses which signified strength and beauty; and butterflies which signified transformation and the symbol of the soul. She admired Mother Teresa's un-relentless commitment to serve God and the poor which gave her strength to be true to her Catholic faith, family and friends.

Interment will be held in the spring in Bangor Maine.
