Mamie Kayee, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2025, at her home in Manchester, New Hampshire after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born on July 15, 2000, in Côte d'Ivoire, Mamie's life journey took her to New Hampshire at the age of four, where she grew up surrounded by her family and community.

Mamie was a dedicated and compassionate individual who found her calling as a Certified Nursing Assistant, with aspirations of becoming a nurse. Her passion for caregiving shone brightly as she provided excellent care to those she served, truly caring for the wellbeing of the people in her life. Her professional dedication mirrored her personal values; her strong and brave spirit enabled her to face challenges without imposing her burdens on others.

Mamie graduated from Memorial High School in Manchester, NH, where her goofy nature and infectious laughter left an indelible mark on her peers. Mamie’s caring and generous personality drew people to her, and her ability to make others laugh will be remembered by all who knew her.

Mamie had a profound love for children, dedicating much of her time to raising her younger siblings and babysitting for neighbors and family friends. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her immediate family as she made a genuine effort to engage with those around her. Additionally, she cherished traveling and enjoyed going out with friends, creating beautiful memories that would last a lifetime.

Mamie is survived by her loving mother, Annie Kayee, father Justin Karhn, her siblings Patience Boduo, Annlady Kayee, Serge Benjamin, Jeanetta Benjamin, and Georgino Benjamin. She is also remembered by her devoted boyfriend, Sando Martin, and her cousins, Lisa Beh and Nathaniel Korboi.
