MARCEL J. BELLEMARE Marcel J. Bellemare, 73, of Manchester, NH, died Monday, April 17, 2006 in Hopkinton. Mr. Bellemare was born on July 17, 1932, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late Mathias and Marie Rose (Turmelle) Bellemare. He was a life long resident of Manchester. He was a US Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Bellemare was employed for 27 years at Sanders Associates. Mr. Bellemare enjoyed golf, cars and photography. Members of his family include; his wife of 11 years, Linda (Merrill) Bellemare of Manchester; 1 stepdaughter, Lauren Jodoin of Pembroke, NH; 4 brothers, Gerald Bellemare of Manchester, Ivan Bellemare, also of Manchester; Claude Bellemare of Warner, NH; Jean Bellemare of Manchester, 1 sister, Madeleine Guertin of Hooksett; many nieces nephews and cousins. IN HIS LIFE: Other family members include; his step son-in-law, John Jodoin of Pembroke; and 1 grandaughter, Haley Jodoin of Pembroke. A Memorial Gathering will be Sunday, 6 – 9 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeraral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A memorial service will be held on Monday, 10 A.M. at St. Kathryn Church, Hudson, NH. Burial will take place at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 249 Canal Street, Manchester, NH 03101, in memory of Mr. Bellemare. Arrangements are under the direction of Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Manchester.
