Margaret A. Allquist, 76, of Concord, passed away peacefully at home on August 24, 2024, following a lengthy illness.

Peggy was born in Concord on June 27, 1948, to Carl Pebbles Jr. and Pansy (Hoyt) Pebbles. She was a lifelong resident of Concord and a graduate of Concord High. She worked as a Claims Processor with Blue Cross Bue Shield for 25 years before taking a job at Mr. Mike’s where she spent 15 wonderful years serving the residents of her community.

Peggy loved spending time outdoors, particularly fishing, going on boat rides, and taking trips up north to Pittsburg. She was a loving and generous person who dedicated her life to raising her beautiful family and tending to the dogs she adored, and also spent a number of years caring for her aging mother.

Peggy is survived by her beloved husband, Fraser A. Allquist Sr.; her son, Fraser Allquist Jr. of Hawaii; her daughter, Faye Allquist of Concord; her mother, Pansy Pebbles of Boscawen; brother Robert Pebbles of Penacook; sisters Carol Hagerty and husband Thomas of North Hampton and Carrie Murphy and husband Thomas of Penacook; brother-in-law Myron Allquist of Michias, ME; sisters-in-law Ann Tobine and husband Raleigh of Bow and Lyn Gullage and husband Dean of Dunbarton; and her cherished life-long friend, Lila Marcellino of Pittsfield. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brother, Carl J. Pebbles III.
