Margaret Gertrude Fini

Margaret G. (Comtois) Fini, 95 of Nashua formerly of Leominster, Mass., passed away on September 27, 2014 in Nashua surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 6, 1919 in Berlin, NH, daughter of the late Joseph A. and Victoria (Verville) Comtois. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in French and a minor in Music in June of 1942 from Rivier College in Nashua, NH.

After having raised her family in Leominster, MA, Margaret moved to Nashua in 1984. She worked as a Teacher for the Leominster Schools and later in retail sales at Macy's in Nashua for many years. Margaret will always be remembered as a talented and accomplished pianist, although most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Beloved mother of Thomas Fini and his wife Carol of Bedford, NH, Michael Fini of Irvine, CA, Nilsa Weaver and her husband Philip of Leominster, MA, Susan Fini Dies and her husband James of Litchfield Park, AZ, Marina Raher and her husband Daniel of Sterling, MA, Victoria Fini of Kailua Kona, Hawaii and the late Capt. Wallace Fini, USN. Devoted "Grammie" of 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Maurice, John, Paul, Germaine and Rev. Gerard Comtois.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave. Manchester, NH on Thurs. October 2nd at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.
