Margaret Elizabeth Latulip, 88, died Friday July 9, 2010 at Littleton Regional Hospital.
Margaret was born the daughter of William H. and Margaret E. (McEleney) Cote in Whitefield on July 3, 1922 and is the widow of Joseph G. Latulip who died in 1997. Margaret was a graduate of the Red Cross Nurses Aid Program during the war and then became a Licensed Practical Nurse at Littleton Regional Hospital. After her many devoted years at the hospital, she volunteered as a caregiver for a number of elderly. She was passionate about giving wonderful care to her patients. Margaret will be remembered for her joy in sewing as well as being a loving mother, grandmother and nurse. She was of the Catholic faith and was a proud member of St. Rose of Lima and of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Sherri Latulip, of Littleton, daughters and sons-in-law: Sandra and John St. Francis of Littleton, Bernice and Mike Cassady of Littleton and Mary Jo and Lee Holliday of Laconia, 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren as well as a host of friends and extended family.
SERVICES Calling hours will be held at Keller and Pillsbury Funeral Homes on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 6pm-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church on July 14, 2010 at 11:00am with interment to follow at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
