MARIA J. GIOTAS MANCHESTER – Maria J. Giotas, 44, died Friday, November 23, 2007 at Beth Israel Hospital, in Boston, Massachusetts. She was born in Manchester, NH, on July 26, 1963, the daughter of John and Efigenia (Moutsioulis) Giotas. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester. Ms. Giotas was self-employed and owned her own retail store, for many years. Family members, in addition to her parents, include; her brother, Nicholas Giotas, of Manchester; aunts, uncles and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 27, from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, 10 A.M. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, in Manchester. Committal prayers and burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, in Manchester. It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial donations to St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 650 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104, in memory of Ms. Giotas.
