Marie Jeanne M. Chretien

Marie Jeanne M. Chretien, 87, of 37 Olmstead Avenue, Manchester, NH died at her residence December 19, 2000. She was born in Manchester, NH on March 24, 1913, the daughter of Sinai and Adelena (Hamel) Nault and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. She retired from RCL and previously worked for Arms Textile for many years. Marie Jeanne was a member of St. Francis Church, volunteered at the Elliot Hospital where she also knitted hats for newborn babies. She enjoyed crocheting. Family members include a son Laurent W. ''Larry'' Chretien of Melbourne, Florida, a daughter Pauline Ranfos of Manchester, her predeceased son Henri Chretien who died in April 2000, six grandchildren, three great granchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock in St. Francis Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
