MARIE LYNDES
LITTLETON, NH Marie Lyndes, 57, of Maple Street, passed away at her home on Saturday, June 26, 2004.
A native of Littleton, Marie was born a daughter to Edgar J. and Florence E. (Bixby) Morrissette on January 4, 1947. Marie attended area schools.
Marie was a lifelong resident of Littleton and worked in many local stores for 20 years of her life. She enjoyed meeting people and being with them. She was a people person and loved everyone. Marie had many friends. Her hobbies included knitting, sewing, and collecting frogs. She loved animals, cats especially.
Marie leaves her husband of 34 years, David, of Littleton; a son, James P. Mitchell and his wife, Laurie of Milton Mills, Maine; a daughter, Cathleen A. (Lyndes) Bedor and her husband, Steven of Littleton, NH; and her dearly loved cat, Tashia. Her parents and only grandson, Bradley J. Mitchell, predeceased her.
SERVICES The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, evening from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church in Littleton with Rev. Fr. George Majka as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Rose Cemetery.
