Marion Esther Andrade, 76, of Candia NH, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on June 23, 1944 in Melrose, MA to the late Bertice & Alice (Munn) Jackson, and would later marry her husband of 17 years, William "Bill" Andrade.
Marion graduated from Stoneham High School and later worked for O'Neil Insurance and retired as a clerk for the federal bankruptcy court of Boston. She was an avid skier, line dancer, boater and lifetime bowler, and was always happiest when she was active. She always loved escaping the New England weather for Florida sunshine.
Those who knew Marion will remember an incredibly kind, generous, loving and funny person who had a big heart and an even bigger love for her friends, family and community. She loved to volunteer, having given her time to the Hooksett Food Pantry and various church committees and teams. She was always devoted to her faith and her church, and above all else, Marion loved her family immensely.
Marion was predeceased by her parents, her brothers Harold Jackson and William Jackson, her sister-in-law Marilyn Jackson and her brothers-in-law Roger McKinnon, Robert Dangora & John Cochran.
Marion is survived by her husband William Andrade; daughter Sandra Doherty and her husband William; son David Hoyt and his wife Stacey; Bill's daughter Amy Campbell and her husband Drew; grandchildren Chrissy Pestaturo, Billy Doherty, Emilie Theophile and Sarah Theophile; sister Julie Dangor; sister Pauline McKinnon; brother Herbert Jackson and his wife Kerry; sister Ella Fronc and her husband John; sister Ethel Pimentel and her husband Raoul; sister Ruth Arsenault and her husband Bernard, sister-in-law Jean Jackson, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Marion's life will be held on Friday, April 30th from 4:00 PM â 7:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH. A private church service will be held for immediate family only at a later date.
