Marjorie Rita Brown known to many as "Mrs. Pete", a resident of Twin Mountain, NH unexpectedly passed away on Sunday July 5, 2020 at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene NH, she was 76 years old.

Marjorie was born on June 13, 1944 in Weymouth, MA. Beloved daughter of Jack R Ainsleigh and Marie R Ainsleigh (Bailey) of Braintree, MA. Graduated from Braintree High School in 1962.

On November 27, 1965, at St. Francis of Assisi in South Braintree, MA, she married the love of her life and best friend Peter A Brown. They had a wonderful roller coaster ride over 54 years full of love, adventure, and lots of smiles.

Marjorie had retired from her position of Assistant to the Superintendent at SAU 35 in Littleton, NH after 30+ years of service and 9 Superintendents in the spring of 2018.

Marjorie was an avid fan of all Littleton Crusader Athletics and could often be seen with her husband in the stands and side lines cheering. She was a Nascar fan, a huge fan of all Boston sports but especially her Red Sox and Patriots. Marjorie loved the water, the sound of the waves at the ocean and the beauty of the Lakes Region. She was a gardener and loved flowers.

Marjorie is survived by her husband, Peter Brown of Twin Mountain, NH; her children, son Erik Brown and his wife Jennifer of Center Conway, NH, their sons Tanner Brown, Joshua Potter and Matthew Potter, her daughter Tami Lemcke and husband Ted of Wake Forest, NC, their sons Seth Towle, Nicholas Barker and Bodie Barker.

SERVICES -- There will be an informal wake at Pillsbury Phaneuf Funeral Home located at 101 Union St, Littleton NH on Tuesday July 14, 2020 from 4pm to 6pm. Due to current restrictions, we require that you wear a facial mask covering and adhere to social distancing. Please be advised that a limited amount of people will be allowed into the funeral home at one time.

In lieu of flowers we ask to please consider making a donation to CHAD - Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in her memory.
