Marjorie Caroline LeBlanc, 85, passed away on November 12, 2018. Born in Manchester on November 4, 1933, she was daughter of the late Arthur and Loretta (Gervais) Pare.
Marjorie was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School for Girls in Manchester. She worked for many years at Gordon and Powers Agency as a claims agent. After her retirement, she proudly volunteered with the Friends Organization as a foster grandmother, helping children in classrooms. One of her proudest accomplishments was the 44 years she spent in service to the AlAnon World Service Organization as a passionate speaker and sponsor. Marjorie was a kindhearted and selfless person who loved helping and serving others. In her free time, she loved painting and traveling.
A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, family was paramount in Marjorie's life. Her family brought her much joy and she cherished time spent together.
Marjorie leaves behind her daughter, Diane Riley and her husband Thomas of Bedford, NH; her son, Mark LeBlanc and his wife Jennifer of New Boston, NH; her sister, Linda Piekos of Columbus, OH; her brother, Gerald Pare and his wife Denise of St. George, UT; her grandchildren, Christopher Riley and his wife Leslie; Craig Riley and his wife Catherine Maher; and Crystal LeBlanc and her fiancé Spencer Cusson; her great-grandchildren, Molly, Hannah and Noah Riley; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: Visitation will be on Friday, November 16th from 9:30-11:30 at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave, Manchester, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated the same day at 12pm at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Road, Bedford, NH. She will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bedford. Burial will be private.
