Mark P. Soucy, 41, of 17 Holmes Drive, Manchester, died December 19, 2001, at New England Medical Center, Boston, MA., after a long battle with aplastic anemia. He was born in Manchester, NH on April 11, 1960, the son of Richard Soucy and Simonne (Gagnon) Bazin and his step father Roger Bazin and had been a resident of Manchester for most of his life. Mark was a graduate of West High School Class of 1978, served in the US Navy and was a self employed contractor. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Family members include his wife of five years, Michelle (Brodie) Soucy, a daughter Alyssa Soucy, a step daughter, Amanda Brodie, his father, all of Manchester, his mother and step father of Florida, a brother, Danny Soucy of Manchester,his paternal grandmother Lucille (Dionne) Souch of Manchester, several aunts, uncles, one nephew and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to attend a Memorial Reception for Mark at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium Chapel, 243 Hanover Street, on Friday afternoon from 3 to 4 with the service immediately following at 4 PM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Bertha Perkins, Pastor of New Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating.
