Mary E. Brown Bentley, 95, of Bethlehem, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at Lafayette Center Nursing Home, Franconia. She was born the daughter of Arthur L. and Edith (Hamm) McKelvey in Toms River, New Jersey on December 10, 1914. Mary was a retired supply clerk from the Lakehurst Naval Air Station in New Jersey prior to retiring and moving to Bethlehem with her late husband, William Earl Bentley. She was a longtime member of the Littleton Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son and his wife, James J. and Patricia Brown of Sugar Hill, daughter, Mary E. Betsy Raybon of Houston, TX and daughter and her husband, Penny and Kenneth Eckenroth of Lansdale, PA, step-son and his wife, William, Jr. and Esther Bentley of Toms River, NJ, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will have a graveside service at the Maple Street Cemetery in the Spring on May 29th, 2010 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sugar Hill Community Church.
