Mary P. Patsos

Mary P. (Coates) Patsos 36, of 16 Rose Lane, Bedford , died September 17, 2003 at CMC after a long couragious illness. She was born in Malden Mass. , the daughter of Paul and Patricia ( Oates) Coates Sr., and resided in Medford, Ma., and Nashua, NH before moving to Bedford six years ago. Mrs. Patsos was founder and president of Takaysu's Arteritis Association in Bedford NH. She was a graduate of Emerson College and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. Family members include her husband of ten years, David Patsos, her parents, all of Bedford, four brothers, Paul Coates, Jr. of Raymond, NH, Roy Coates of Scituate, Ma., Thomas Coates of Medford, Ma. and Michael Coates of Stoneham, Ma., two sisters, Elizabeth Taylor of Beverly, Ma. and Catherine Miko of Stratford, Connecticut, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union, on Friday from 4 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in Sacred Heart Church. Graveside committal service will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, Ma., at 1 PM.
