Maryse G. Mitchell

Maryse G. Mitchell, 76, of Manchester died December 31, 2005 at the Elliot Hospital after a long period of declining health. She was born in Manchester on August 18, 1929 to Armand and Juliette (Manseau) Paradis. She graduated from St. George’s High School for Girls. Maryse worked for New Hampshire Insurance Company and then became a homemaker who devoted herself to her family. In later years, she worked for Home Insurance Company and volunteered at the Elliot Hospital and R.S.V.P. Her kindness and love will always be remembered. She was predeceased by two sisters, Jacqueline (Paradis) Lemay of Fresno, CA and Theresa M. (Paradis) Lessard of Bedford, NH. Family members include; her husband of 53 years, Roger J. Mitchell; one son, Richard J. Mitchell and two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Louise) Maurier and Mrs. Edward (Denise) Syrek all of Manchester; five grandchildren; three grandchildren; a niece and nephew. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 6th at 10:00 AM at St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker Street with internment to follow in the mausoleum of Mt. Calvary, 474 Goffstown Road. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ministry to the Poor, c/o St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker Street, Manchester, NH 03102.
