Mathilda B. Labbe, 91, of Manchester, died at her daughters home on February 27, 2005. She was born in Canada, on August 31, 1913, and was the daughter of Ernest and Emma (Landry) April and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. She retired from Bee Bee Shoe after many years of service. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Church. Mrs. Labbe was the widow of Albert A. Labbe who died in 1963. Family members include three daughters; Therese Dube of Manchester, with whom she resided with, Yvonne Aldrich of Lutz, Florida and Lorraine Gagne of White Spring, Florida, seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a brother, Roger April of Manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Thursday evening from 6 to 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 9:30 in St. Anthony Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
