Maurice Cote

Maurice Cote, 71, of 87 Delaware Avenue, died August 21, 2000 at Maple Leaf Nursing Home after a long illness. He was born in Manchester on June 21, 1929, the son of Phillippe and Carmelle (Laboutier) Cote and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. He was a parishioner of St. Pius X Church. He worked 18 years for Waumbec Mills and retired from Bedford Animal Hospital where he worked for seven years. Family members include his wife of 35 years Therese (Boisvert) Cote of Manchester, a daughter, Suzanne Lemon of Concord, NH, two sisters, Gertrude Laliberty of Florida and Claire Hudon of Georgia, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Thursday evening from 6 to 8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday mornng at 10 o'clock in St. Pius X Church. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
