MEREDITH, NH -- Michael A. Collins, age 42, passed away on January 16, 2007 at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia, NH after a lengthy illness.
Michael was born in Littleton, NH on June 25, 1964, a son to Arthur E. Collins and Jane (MacDonald) Maguire.
Michael loved his family very much. He loved to play paintball, snowmobile, go 4-wheeling and spend time with his two daughters, Nicole & Brianna. He also loved his dog, his best friend, Trooper whom he's had for 10 years.
Surviving family members include his beloved daughters, Nicole Collins of Meredith, NH and Brianna Collins of Chichester, NH; beloved and most caring mother and stepfather, Jane & Russell Maguire of Meredith, NH; his father, Arthur E. Collins of Littleton, NH; two sisters, Debra Charland and her husband, Bruce Charland of Bethlehem, NH; Mary Brown and her husband, Patrick Brown of Tacoma, WA.; a brother, Patrick Maguire and his wife, Lisa Maguire of Hampton, VA; nieces Tara Miller of Tacoma, WA; Tanya Girard of Littleton, NH; Krista Girard of Bethlehem, NH and nephews Robert Girard of Lyme, NH; Bruce Charland, Jr. and his wife, Kerrie Charland of Littleton, NH; Bergen & Garren Maguire of Hampton, VA; and Christopher Brown of Florida: numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
SERVICES The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 20, 2007 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Marcel Martel as celebrant.
