Michael G. Pouliot, 52, of 12 Main Street, Goffstown, died April 15, 2000, at the Veteran Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. He was born in Boston, Ma. , on January 28, 1948, the son of the late George and Marguerite (Dillon) Pouliot and had been a resident of the Boston area for most of his life. Michael has been residing in Goffstown for the past five years. He was a US Marine Veteran and was awarded the Silver Star Medal for conspicuous gallantry in action in Vietnam. He was a member of the Veteran of Foreing Wars and Disabled American Veterans. Family members include his wife of seven years, Barbara Ann (Shaw) Pouliot of Goffstown, a son Joshua Pouliot of California, a step daughter, Mrs. Paul (Kelly) Butcher of Goffstown, five grandchildren, a brother, Frank Gagnon of Nashua, a sister, Linda Handricken of Massachusetts, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours will be a Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave on Monday evening from 6 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Edmond Church. Immediately following the Mass, military honors will be performed outside of St. Edmond Church.
