Michael Paul Tupper, 65, of Manchester, beloved husband of Karen Tupper, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014, at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Chelsea, MA, he was the son of the late Harry Tupper Jr. and Mary Riley Tupper. Raised in Revere and Rochester, NY, Mike had been employed by Foodstate in Londonderry for 5 years.
A loyal husband and friend, Mike and Karen were the best of friends. They took comfort in each other's company and always worked together as a team. In his spare time, Mike liked to draw and listen to 1980s music. A history enthusiast, he loved to watch the News with particular interest in nutrition, economics, politics, and business. Mike greatly enjoyed the companionship of his affectionate miniature Schnauzer, Sophie. A dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he will be deeply missed.
In addition to this devoted wife and best friend, Karen (Buhrmann) Tupper, with whom he shared 27 years of marriage, Mike is survived by his daughter, Kelly Lewis and husband Brit of Bells, TX; his step-daughter, Sandra Veirs and husband Scott of Saratoga, NY; his grandchildren; Mackenzie, Madison, Ethan, Katherine, and Jack; his brother, Paul Tupper of Chelsea, MA; his extended friends and family. In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by his brother, Harry Tupper, III.
ARRANGEMENTS: A Visitation will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Thursday, September 18, 2014, from 4:00 to 6:00P.M. with a Memorial Service at 5:00P.M.
