Michelle E. Courtemanche

Michelle E. Courtemanche, 55, of Manchester, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Community Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Portsmouth, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lionel and Elaine (Leblanc) Courtemanche. Raised and educated in Hawaii, Florida, and Goffstown, NH, Michelle worked in electronics for several years before working as an LNA at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home for over ten years.

A devoted mother and memere, Michelle's family was paramount in her life. She loved playing with her granddaughters and working on art projects. Michelle found companionship and comfort in her kitty cat, Casey. In her spare time, Michelle enjoyed tending to her plants and garden. A dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, she will be deeply missed.

Michelle is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Hall; her two doting granddaughters, Lexi and Laci; her brother, Guy Courtemanche and wife Huyen Nga of Everett, WA; her three sisters, Lisa Courtemanche and longtime companion Paul Simon of Merrimack, Lynne Berry and husband Alberton of Pittsfield, and Renee Dovich and husband Paul of Greenland; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

ARRANGEMENTS: A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Ste. Marie Catholic Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester, on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 10:00A.M. followed by a committal service in the Mount Calvary Mausoleum Chapel 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Memorial donations may be made in Michelle's memory to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Rd., Merrimack, NH 03054.
