ARIZONA Mildred Joanne Lafond, 56, of Apache Junction, Arizona, formerly of Littleton, NH, entered into rest on February 14, 2004.
Millie was born on October 14, 1947 in Springfield, MA. She was a 1967 graduate of Agawam High School and graduated from A.I.C. in 1971. Millie graduated with High Honors from Holyoke Community College in 1977 with an Associate in Arts Degree. In May of 1979 she achieved a Master of Science Degree from Framingham State College. She later worked as a hospital Clinical Dietician.
Surviving family members include two brothers, David Lafond of St. Johnsbury, VT, and James Lafond of Naples, FL; a dear friend, Shirley Rutherford of Apache Junction, AZ; many nieces and nephews; extended family, and friends.
SERVICES Funeral services were held on Friday, February 20, 2004 at Camelback Sunset Chapel Funeral Home, 301 W. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
