Milo Edwin Harmon, 77, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at his home in Concord, NH. He was born March 20, 1946 in Houlton Maine, son of Edwin Harmon and Clarice Harmon.
He was the husband of Florine Harmon. They were married on June 14, 1980 in Henniker, NH.
He attended schools in Nashua, was a Navy Veteran (1963-1967), and worked at Cummings printing for 38 years before retiring in 2006.
He enjoyed reading a good Clive Cussler Book, making things with wood and stained glass, and playing Cribbage and Chess with the grandchildren and later great-grandchildren. Milo also enjoyed watching football (as long as it was the Patriots playing), watching baseball, watching the history channel, and LOVED to cook as well.
He was a Navy Veteran, a member of the Deerhead in Hooksett, and Concord American Legion Post 21.
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Florine (Dane) Harmon of Concord, NH; 4 children, Keith of Pembroke, Mark of Concord, Brad and Cindy Harmon of Northwood, and Kim and Gordon Cappelletty of Concord; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces, a nephew, and many cousins. His love for his family was evident.
He was predeceased by his parents, Clarice Harmon and Edwin and Jackie (stepmother) Harmon, and brother Roy Harmon.
SERVICES: A Memorial Wake will be held on Friday, September 8 from 5-7pm at Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematorium, 172 King Street in Boscawen. A Graveside Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 9, 10am, at Henniker Cemetery in Henniker, NH.
