LISBON, NH Muriel C. Daicy, age 98, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Country Village in Lancaster, NH.
Muriel was born on September 25, 1909, a daughter to Edwin and Adele (Streeter) Murray, in Lisbon, NH. She attended school in Lisbon.
Muriel was employed as a waitress and hostess for Swanee Hotel in St. Petersburg, FL as well as the Homestead Hotel in Sugar Hill, NH for many years. She was a past member of the Golden Grange, Rebekah Lodge, and the Womens Relief Corp.
Surviving family members include one step-daughter, Loretta Dobson; and three stepsons, Frederick Banfill, Gordon Banfill, and Winston Banfill. Her husband, Clarence Daicy, and her sister, Stella Barrett predeceased her.
SERVICES Graveside Committal Services were held in Pine Grove Cemetery in Falmouth, Maine on Friday, August 29th.
