Muriel L. Marcotte

Muriel L. (Turgeon) Marcotte, 67, of Manchester, passed away at Catholic Medical Center on October 18, 2009. She was born in Manchester on June 26, 1942, the daughter of Conrad and Yvonne Turgeon and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She had worked for Rite Aid for over thirteen years until her retirement. She enjoyed playing bingo and traveling. She will be remembered as always being pleasant and happy. In Her Life: Family members include her husband of 43 years, Robert Marcotte; a son, Thomas C. Marcotte of Dunbarton; two daughters, Mia Standley and her husband Donald of Kingston, and Tanya Butler-Waller and her husband Paul of Manchester; two grandchildren, Samantha Butler and Jakob Butler both of Manchester; two brothers, Paul Turgeon of Dunbarton and Normand Turgeon of Hooksett; and nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM. Urn burial will take place at a later date in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
