Nancy M. Culbertson

Nancy M. (Lima) Culbertson, 54, of Auburn, passed away on March 1, 2025, at the Elliot Hospital.

She was born in New Bedford, MA on November 14, 1970, the daughter of Gil and Maria (Couto) Lima. She worked in the IT department at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Nancy loved Disney, spending time at the beach, her family and friends, and dancing a lot. She was funny, kind, and selfless. She lit up the room wherever she went. 

Family members include her husband of thirty years, James “Jim” Culbertson, Jr. of Auburn; a son, Gilbert Culbertson of Auburn; a daughter, Caitlyn Culbertson of Auburn; her mother and stepfather, Maria (Couto) (Lima) Robicheau and Bruce Robicheau of FL; three brothers, Steven Lima, David Lima, and Kevin Lima, all of MA; and several nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Manchester on Friday from 5 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:30 AM at Parish of the Transfiguration, Manchester. Burial will take place later this spring in Auburn Village Cemetery.
