Nancy A Desharnais, born on October 29, 1955, in Laconia, New Hampshire, passed away on March 31, 2026. She lived a life full of love and warmth, carrying a vibrant personality that was often sassy and spicy. Nancy was known for her lively spirit which left a lasting impression on those who knew her.

Nancy worked in retail and then decided to return to college at 40 years old, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree. She started her professional career at Manchester Mental Health, and then soon after, found her “forever home” at Families in Transition, where Nancy worked with dedication, leaving a lasting mark on the many families she helped.

Outside of her career, Nancy cherished time spent with her family & friends the most. She enjoyed traveling, weekends away with the girls, and time spent in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. She also found joy in simple pleasures such as taking naps and had a long-standing love for General Hospital, which she had watched faithfully for over 40 years.

Nancy’s life was a blend of love, strength, and a bit of spice. She leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know her.

Nancy is survived by her loving children: Jeffrey Lacerte of Haverhill, Massachusetts; Meaghan Lacerte of Concord, New Hampshire; Amy Reynolds of Runge, Texas; and her grandchildren: Shawn Costigan and Rylee Reynolds. She also leaves behind her brother David Price (MJ) of Laconia, her sisters Debra Deegan (Marcus) of Alfred, Maine, and Barbara Blair (Jeri) of Lake Wales, Florida, and her devoted best friend and soul sister, Tracy Coulon of Manchester, New Hampshire. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by her son Ryan McIntyre, her brother William Price Jr., her husband Donald Lacerte, as well as her husband Joseph Desharnais.
