Nancy Ann (Baines) Soucy, born on June 23, 1939, in Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026. She was 86 years old.

Nancy attended Central High School in Manchester, laying the foundation for a life centered in her hometown. She spent 30 years as a dedicated cafeteria worker at West High School.

In 1961, Nancy married her husband, Ronald Soucy. Together, they shared over 60 years of life, filled with love and cherished memories.

Nancy was passionate about crafts and creating jewelry, activities that brought her great joy and allowed her to express her creativity. She also enjoyed playing bingo and going camping, finding happiness in simple pleasures.

She is lovingly remembered by her four children: Cindy Soucy, David Soucy, Raymond Soucy, and Keith Soucy. Nancy also leaves behind her six grandchildren: David, Nathan, Megan, Cody, Kendra, and Alexis Soucy, and a great-granddaughter: Roselynn, all of whom brought light to her life.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ronald Soucy, and her parents Sidney and Evelyn Baines.

Family and friends are invited to attend Nancy’s Memorial Gathering on April 30, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Memorial Service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Both events will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, located at 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104.

Nancy Ann Soucy will be remembered for her warmth, creative spirit, and the love she shared with those around her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
