Nicole A. Claypool, 58, of Manchester, NH, passed away on October 17, 2026 at Elliot Hospital. She was born in Boston, MA on November 15, 1967. Her parents were the late Leo and Rita (Carette) Cote.

Nicole spent most of her life in Manchester and graduated from Manchester Memorial High School in 1985. She worked for Associated Grocers for 18 years, beginning in the print room and eventually becoming head of customer service. She later worked in customer service at Great State Beverage and, for the past eight years, at Bonneville & Son in Manchester.

Nicole enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved being in the sun, whether relaxing at the beach or boating on Lake Winnipesaukee with her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hosting family gatherings, and cooking for her loved ones.

Nicole leaves behind her life partner, Dale Claypool, of Manchester; her son, Sean Claypool, and his wife, Edie, of Pembroke; and her beloved granddaughter, Lettie Claypool, who Nicole hoped would call her “Grandmama”. She was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Rita Cote, and her brother, Mark Cote.

Nicole will be remembered by her family and friends for the time they shared together, the gatherings she hosted, and the many memories made over the years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Per Nicole’s wishes, no services will be held.
