NORMA BEVERLY DOYEN
LITTLETON, NH -- Norma Beverly Doyen, 90, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Littleton Regional Healthcare.
Norma was born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, a daughter to Norman and Corabell (Clark) Thornton on October 31, 1927.
She graduated from the Woodsville High School in 1945 and worked in St. Johnsbury, Vermont for Goss Tire, as well as being a bookkeeper for St. Johnsbury Trucking.
Eventually the family moved to Littleton, NH and Norma was employed with Burndy Corp. as well as the Littleton Chamber of Commerce. They raised three children in Littleton.
She is survived by one daughter Ava (Doyen) Dodge and her husband Bernard Jr., two sisters Mildred and her husband Eugene Winchester and Clara Jean Harrington, three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Predeceased by two sons Craig and Phillip Doyen two brothers John and Doug Thornton and one sister, Luvia Byrne.
Services: A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 22 in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Woodsville NH at 1:00pm with the Rev. Shannon Keeney officiating.
