Norman H. Hebert, born on April 5, 1951, in Manchester, NH, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Manchester on December 29, 2025. He was a man who brought laughter and joy to those around him, known for his very funny nature and love of cracking jokes.

Norman grew up in Goffstown, NH, and spent much of his life in Florida before eventually returning to New Hampshire. He was a man of many interests. Norman was part of a Corvette club despite never owning a Corvette himself. He bowled in a league for many years and had a passion for racing and fixing up go-karts. Nascar racing was one of his favorite pastimes, and his enthusiasm for the sport was well known by family and friends. He took great pride in his service with the Air National Guard, where he enjoyed being part of aviation for several years.

Family was very important to Norman. He was married to Josanne (Forpush) Hebert for over 20 years, sharing a loving and interactive relationship. Together, they enjoyed many family activities with their son Jeffrey, whom Norman adored dearly. Jeffrey and his wife Angel, his grandson Anthony, who Norman affectionately called his “little buddy,” his sister Francis, and his brother Henry Paul all remember Norman with great love and respect.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Norman’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium in Hanover, Manchester, NH.

He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by his family and friends.
