LISBON, NH ---- Norman Ruggles, 77, passed away on Monday, July 21st at the Pines Health and Rehab. Center in Lyndonville, VT after a long illness. Prior to taking sick Norman was a long time resident of Lisbon.
He was born a son to Harry and Esther Belle (Morse) Ruggles on July 17, 1926 in Lyman, NH. Norm was employed many years at the Grove Hill Cemetery as a sexton.
One daughter, Cynthia Miller of Barnet, VT, and one brother, Roger Ruggles of Woodsville, NH, survive him.
SERVICES: Graveside committal services will be held on Tuesday, July 29th at 1:00 p.m. in the Grove Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Lyn O. McIntosh officiating.
