Normand L. Comptois
Normand L. Comptois, 72, of Spofford, NH passed away on Thursday, August 06, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Coaticook, Quebec on September 25, 1942, the son of the late Arthur and Evelyn (LaPointe) Comptois.
Normand has been an area resident for over 40 years. He was employed by the Town of Brattleboro Highway Department as a Grader Operator for many years, before his retirement. Normand enjoyed spending time with his family, tinkering in his garage and he always loved working with his excavator.
He is predeceased by a daughter; Spring Robin White in 2015 and a brother; Andre' Comptois.
He is survived by a son, Paul Comptois and his wife Dawn of Spofford, NH; his wife, Jean-Ann (Breault) Comptois of Rumford, ME; three grandchildren, Samantha White, Monica White and Jonathan White; and a great granddaughter, Madalynn Cote.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at KER-WESTERLUND FUNERAL HOME, 57 High St., Brattleboro, VT 05301. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
