Normand “Moon” Paradis passed away on September 13th, 2026, with family by his side after a brief illness. Normand was born on February 22, 1955, in Manchester, New Hampshire, to Raymond and Lucienne Paradis.

He spent his life living in the Granite State, served in the Navy, and worked on the Manchester Fire Department for 35 years.

Normand loved camping and boating with his family in Ossipee during the summers, and snowmobiling with his brothers in the winter. Normand also enjoyed walking trails with his wife Regina and driving backroads to find hidden adventures.

From a young age, Normand worked with his hands. He had a passion for building model cars, working on his own (and family) vehicles, woodworking, and being an all-around handyman. He was known for his love of history, quick wit, and floating in the pool on hot summer days.

Normand is survived by his wife Regina of 46 years, daughter Melinda and son-in-law Jake Pfaff, son Sean, brother Roger and sister-in-law Jeanne Paradis, brothers Jerry and Ray, sister Irene and brother-in-law Dave Dulac, granddaughters Zoey Catherine and Aria Grace, and other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home in Manchester, NH on September 23, 2026, from 4 to 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be to the Veterans Association.
