Patricia M. Colburn, 68 of Brattleboro, VT passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Rutland Health & Rehab in Rutland, VT. She was born in Brattleboro, VT on February 26, 1946, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Alice V. (Cote) Macie.
Patricia has been a lifelong Brattleboro resident and was educated in the local school system. She worked as an Office Manager for Edward Jones Financial until her retirement. She enjoyed macramé, gardening, cooking and was an avid NASCAR fan.
She is predeceased by two sisters, Pauline LaValley and Virginia Reynolds.
She is survived by her husband, Wilfred Colburn of Brattleboro; a nephew, Randy LaValley and his wife Claire of Suffield, CT; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10 AM to 11 AM at KER-WESTERLUND FUNERAL HOME, 57 High St., Brattleboro, VT 05301. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 11AM. Burial will follow at Morningside Cemetery in Brattleboro. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rescue, Inc., 541 Canal St, Brattleboro, VT 05301.
