Patricia A. Gaffney

Patricia A. Gaffney, 71, of Manchester, NH died on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester.
Ms. Gaffney was born on August 22, 1949, in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late Thomas Patrick and Arline Marion (Duguay) Gaffney.
Prior to her retirement, Ms. Gaffney was employed by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield where she held the position of medical claims processor. Prior to Anthem BC/ BS, she was employed by Oxford Health Plans for 5 years and by Dun & Bradstreet Business Credit Services for 26 years. Ms. Gaffney was a 1968 graduate of Manchester High School West.
She enjoyed listening to music, attending concerts, reading, the beach and "Saturday night" cards with her sisters and niece.
Members of her family include her sisters Kathleen Ann Gaffney, Arline Marion Gaffney and Joanne Boulanger, and brothers, Michael Joseph Gaffney and Thomas Patrick Gaffney. Ms. Gaffney was also an aunt to Jennifer Fifield, Heather Gaffney, Wendy Kennedy, Erin Normand, Sean Gaffney and Kerry Boulanger, as well as, 5 great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ms. Gaffney was predeceased by her brother, Stephen John Gaffney.
SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, in Manchester. A memorial service will follow in the funeral chapel at 12:00 Noon. Those in attendance are respectfully requested to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Interment will take place at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bedford, NH.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Kidney Foundation or to the Diabetes Association in memory of Ms. Gaffney.
