Patricia Ann Martineau

Patricia Ann Martineau passed away September 25, 2022.  She was born on April 12, 1935 in Manchester, NH to Clarence A. Thiem and Etta J. (Sullivan) Thiem.  (Both predeceased).

Pat was the wife of Donald F. Martineau, who passed away on 2018.  They were married October 15, 1955 in Hooksett NH. 

Pat, passed away quietly on her sleep, after suffering several debilitating illnesses. She was at peace during her last days and knew she was heading off to see her beloved husband, Don, who had been waiting four years for her to join him.

She was a 1952 graduate of St. George's High School in Manchester, NH. Pat was married on October, 15, 1955 to Donald F. Martineau in Hooksett, NH and they had their honeymoon in Virginia. They had one child, Donna Mae in 1956. Pat helped her husband run their printing company, Mar-Don Printing, for more than 35 yrs.

Pat enjoyed riding her horses and had one for much of her younger life. Pat and Don enjoyed taking trips around the country in their later years. She was an active member of The Holy Rosary church in Hooksett.

For a number of years she was active in a local walking club, until Don got sick and needed her to care for him.  Pat devoted 13 yrs caring for Don as he dealt with advanced Parkinson's.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Donna Mae and her husband, Dave, both from Maine along with two grandchildren, Chris Newell of Merrimack, NH, and Jonathan Newell, of NC, and 4 great grandchildren. There are also several cousins. She will be missed by them all.
