Patricia Palreiro

Patricia Palreiro, 74, of 55 S. Main Street, Manchester, NH died July 4, 2004, at Ridgewood Health Care Center. She was born in Manchester, NH on December 15, 1929, the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (DeNies) Goonan and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Patricia was a graduate from Moore General Hospital, obtaining her LPN License. She enjoyed her nursing career and worked over 20 years for Notre Dame Hospital (now Catholic Medical Center). She was co-founder of “Fun in the Sun” which started in the early 1970’s and continues to be very active today. Family members include four sons; John W. Palreiro, II of Manchester, Michael J. Palreiro of Farmington Hill, MI., David T. Palreiro of Portsmouth, NH. And Steven J. Hart of Santee, CA., a daughter Kerri Palreiro of Manchester, 16 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a brother, Donald Goonan of Sun City, AZ., two sisters; Dorothy Koeppen of Bossier City, Louisiana and Mary Winslow of Temecula, CA., several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no visiting hours. Relatives and friends are welcomed to a memorial service on Wednesday, August 18th at Noon in St. Raphael Church, Manchester, NH.
