Patricia Jo (Steinbach) Pilsbury passed away on September 2, 2026, after a period of declining health. Born in Concord, Massachusetts, in October 1967, to Matthew and Doris (McCarthy) Steinbach. The family moved to Maryland where Patricia, the youngest of nine children, grew up.

Patricia had a deep desire to help anyone who needed it and after moving to New Hampshire, she obtained degrees in Behavioral Science and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from Granite State College, to pursue a professional career. She would constantly research any topic before giving her opinion. An outstanding speaker who could hold any audience.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Daniel Steinbach, Gary Steinbach and James Steinbach. She is survived by her brothers David (Marie) Steinbach and Matthew (Laura) Steinbach; her sisters Christine (Michael) Flannery, Marylou (Bruce) Wilkinson, Tracey (Christopher) Donovan; sister-in-law Linda Steinbach; and her seven children Christopher (Estefania) Mojica, Kyle Mojica, Freddy (Katelyn) Mojica, Ryan (Mikayla) Mojica, Patrick (Kirsten) Mojica, Gabriel (Alex) Mojica and Maria Mojica. She was blessed with twelve grandchildren. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt who cared deeply for her family.

Graveside services will be held at the New Rye Cemetery, 243 New Rye Road in Epsom, NH, on September 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A celebration of her life will follow and be held at the Red Blazer, 72 Manchester Street in Concord. Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Boscawen office, is assisting the family with arrangements.
