Patrick Walter O'Brien

Patrick Walter O'Brien passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and family on June 15th, 2026.

Patrick was born on April 12th, 1960, in Nashua, and resided in Goffstown, New Hampshire. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard for twenty-two years, attaining the rank of E6 while serving with the 172D Field Artillery. After his service, he worked for LaMontagne Management Corporation for Thirty-Two years, rising through to become the Supervisor.

Patrick married the love of his life, Selina, and together they shared 40 wonderful years, creating a beautiful family and memories his family will cherish forever.

In his spare time, Patrick could be seen on his Harley Davidson, as well as hunting, and fishing with his family and friends.

Patrick is pre-deceased by his parents, Walter and Mildred (Parizo) O’Brien, and his sister Linda O’Brien.

He is survived by his loving wife, Selina (Glidden) O’Brien; his children, Kara Tracy and her husband, Tony; and Corey O’Brien; his grandchildren, Audrey O’Brien, Riley Tracy and Spencer Tracy. He is also survived by his siblings, Deborah O’Brien, Sean O’Brien and his Wife, Joanne; Martin O’Brien and his wife Natalie; Tina Smith and her husband, Chad.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 19th from 2pm- 6pm at Phaneuf Funeral Home on 250 Coolidge Avenue Manchester, NH. Burial will follow at 9am on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 at the New Hampshire State Veteran’s Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
