Paul G. Faustini, 77, of Manchester, NH, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on January 11, 2025. Born in Weymouth, MA on April 10, 1947, he was a son of the late Louis and Lilian (Pierce) Faustini. He shared 41 years of marriage with Charlotte (Martel) Faustini.
Paul was a 1965 graduate of Goffstown High School. He later graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a chef in his younger years. He eventually transitioned careers and worked for the Manchester Highway Department for 26 years. Paul was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.
Paul was a parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Parish where he used his culinary skills to prepare bereavement meals for families. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He and Charlotte enjoyed many years of square dancing, and he was also a caller for dances. Paul looked forward to setting up his Christmas Village and train each year during the holiday season. He was also a fan of Boston sports, especially the Red Sox and Patriots.
Paul is survived by his wife, Charlotte Faustini of Manchester; his sisters, Meredith McGraw of Georgia and Louise Faustini of North Carolina; his nephew, Nick Pringle of Deering; his nieces, Jessica Cody and her husband Colin of North Carolina and Kate Akbar and her husband Bilal of North Carolina; his great nieces and nephews, Makayla, Nevaeh, Brooke, Parker, Landon and Deacon; as well as many extended family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a nephew, Scott Pringle.
Paul’s family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for their love, support and care for Paul.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:00AM at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 14 Elm Street, Manchester, NH. A Memorial Meal will follow.
He will be laid to rest at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH on Thursday, April 10th at 11:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Food Pantry.
