Paula E. (Blouin) Lefebvre, 85, of Manchester died on April 2, 2006 at Concord Hospital with family by her side. Mrs. Lefebvre was born on January 26, 1921 in Vonda, Saskatchewan, Canada the twelfth child of thirteen to Jean Baptiste and Esther (LePage) Blouin. The family moved to Manchester from Whitehall, NY in Paulas younger years. She graduated from West High School class of 1938A and in 1943, she married Wilfred J.A. Lefebvre. After raising her children, Mrs. Lefebvre worked at St. Anselms College for many years where she was employed in a variety of departments throughout the school. Her husband of 39 years predeceased her in August of 1983. Paula was an avid floral gardener and loved birds. She was a gourmet cook and skilled seamstress. Besides being a prolific reader, she also had a love for the arts. She enjoyed calligraphy, poetry, limericks, the opera, as well as the classics. She was an established artist who painted mostly with oil. Paula was a true Renaissance woman. She was a member of the Manchester Artists Association. Although passionate about the arts, Paulas ultimate love was for her family and her extended family whom she always took care of. Family members include; three sons, David Lefebvre of Hampton, Mark Lefebvre of Grant, FL and Joseph Lefebvre of Broomfield, CO; four daughters, Dale Lefebvre of Kissimmee, FL, Susan Lefebvre of Loudon, Kathleen Berube of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Marguerite Wageling of Manchester; thirteen grandchildren; one sister, Annette Duggan of Sunrise, FL; and nieces and nephews. IN HER LIFE: She leaves behind three daughters-in-law, Marty Lefebvre, Michele Lefebvre and Gloria Lefebvre as well as Dales significant other, Jim Doherty and two sons-in-law, Robert Berube and Mark Wageling. Family members include; three sons, David Lefebvre of Hampton, Mark Lefebvre of Grant, FL, David and Joseph Lefebvre of Broomfield, Cal four daughters, Dale Lefebvre of Kissimmee, FL, Susan Lefebvre of Loudon, Kathleen Berube of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Marguerite Wageling of Manchester; 13 grandchildren; one sister, Annette Duggan of Sunrise, FL and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be tonight, from 4:00 until 6:00 PM and 7:00 until 9:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM at Ste. Marie Church with interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
