Pauline “Polly” (Dube) Bergeron, 81, of Manchester, NH, passed away on February 17, 2024 after her battle with Alzheimer’s. Born in Manchester on December 28, 1942 to the late Adele (Martineau) Dube and Hector Dube. She shared 59 years of marriage with her husband, Real Bergeron, who she married on December 23, 1964.
Polly resided in Hooksett, NH as a child and attended Martins Corner Elementary School and Hooksett Village School. She was a graduate of Central High School in Manchester and studied nursing at Elliot Hospital. She had a long career of over 40 years as an LPN at Elliot Hospital, working in both the Pediatric and Geropsychiatric Units, finishing her career in the Pharmacy. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping, reading and gardening.
Polly is survived by her husband Real Bergeron; her daughters, Lisa St. Jean and her husband Marc and Melissa Lara and her husband Orlando; her brother, Robert Dube and his wife, Carol; her grandchildren, Tyler and Jacob St. Jean and Aulbrey and Treagan Desrameaux; as well as her sister-in-law, Lucille Furgal and her husband Robert.
Pauline will be laid to rest on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 10:00AM with a service to be held in the chapel at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
