Pauline M. Gamelin, 92, of Goffstown, NH died on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at her residence in Goffstown, NH.

Mrs. Gamelin was born on December 20, 1933, in Somersworth, NH, the daughter of the late William and Yvonne (Hughes) Jolin. She grew up in Somersworth, NH and attended St. Charles School, in Dover, NH.

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Gamelin was a Foster Grandparent and worked at Easter Seals, which she very much enjoyed.

Her family gave her the greatest joy. She attended their activities as much as she could and was proud of them and their achievements. She cherished her Catholic faith and often called Jesus her “best friend”.

Members of her family include; two daughters, Denise Methot, Laura Belanger and her husband, Leo, 5 grandsons, Leon, Lance, and Lucas Methot, Robert and Jason Belanger, 10 great grandchildren Maggie, Annabelle, Christopher, Scarlett, Jackson and Stella Belanger, Aidan, Caleb, Mackenzie, and Parker Methot, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gamelin was predeceased by her husband, Albert Gamelin, her son-in-law, Leon Methot, two brothers, Alfred Jolin and her baby brother and her sister, Theresa Cote.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, 10:30 AM at Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace Street, in Manchester, NH 03102. Committal prayers and interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Manchester.

It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, in memory of Mrs. Gamelin.
