Pauline Brooks Goudie, 94, of Littleton, died on September 30, 2009 at her home. She was born the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Whitney) Brooks Franconia, NH, January 7, 1915. A graduate of Dow Academy in 1933 she then married L. Robert Goudie of Lisbon July 27, 1939. She enjoyed weaving, sewing as well as cooking and gardening. She was remarkably in tuned to her families activities and passionate about the Red Sox and always enjoyed the coast of Maine. She is predeceased by her husband in 1981 as well as her brothers: Manning and Whitney Brooks and sisters: Helen Brooks Motes and Phyllis Brooks Carpenter. She is survived by a son, Dayton Goudie and a daughter-in-law Marie Goudie both of Littleton, granddaughters, Joy Goudie Nee of Portland, ME and Audrey Goudie Simpson of Bridgewater, NH. Great-grandchildren, Meghan, Abby and Clancy Nee and Gavin and Noah Fogg. Several nieces and nephews. The family will have a graveside service at Grove Hill Cemetery, Lisbon at 10 am Saturday October 3, 2009 with Rev. Lynn Winter officiating.
