Pauline M. (Hebert) LaDuke, 84, died Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester.

Born on June 10, 1924, in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of the late Gideon and Florida (Derome) Hebert. She was a resident of Hanover Hill Health Care, for the past 8 years and was a life long resident of Manchester.

She attended local schools and was a graduate of Manchester Central High School.

At the time of her employment, Mrs. LaDuke worked at various shoe manufacturers within the Amoskeag Mills. She loved gardening, reading and crocheting.

Members of her family include; her son, Maurice LaDuke, Jr., of Windham, NH; 2 daughters, Carol Ann LaDuke, of Wauwatosa, WI; Shea Morgan, formerly Sue Dager, of Manchester; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Wilfred Hebert, of Manchester; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice R. LaDuke, Sr., who died on August 31, 2008.

IN HER LIFE: She was predeceased by her sister, Georgette Martin.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Friday, February 6, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM, at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 7, 10:00 AM, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 9 St. Francis Way, in Litchfield. Committal prayers and burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Manchester.

It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to The American Diabeters Association, 249 Canal Street, in Manchester, NH 03101, in memory of Mrs. LaDuke.

Arrangements are under the direction of Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Manchester.
