Peter B. Emerson
Manchester, NHâPeter B. Emerson, 69, passed away at his home, after suffering from a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 30, 1944, in Manchester to the late Walter R. and Maebelle (Joyal) Emerson.
Peter was raised and educated in Manchester where he graduated from Manchester Central High School before attending and graduating from Boston University and from St Anselm College. He went on to work for Coca Cola for 25 years before taking his retirement. He had a long and loving marriage to his wife of 34 years, Gail, and was a devoted father and grandfather whose family was paramount in his life.
Peter was an avid reader and sport's fan who loved cooking. He will be remembered fondly as a quiet, reserved and passionate man by his many friends and family members.
He leaves behind, his beloved wife Gail (Gosselin) Emerson, his children, Steven (wife Rebecca) Neuman of Manchester, Matthew Neuman of Londonderry, Timothy Emerson of Manchester, and Michael (wife Brandi) Emerson of Bow, his grandchildren, Maya Neuman, Logan Emerson, and Lexi Emerson, his sister Midge (husband John) Burns of NY, mother in law, Luella Gosselin, of Manchester, sister in law, Donna Gosselin, of Manchester, brother in law, Gary (wife Barbara) Gosselin of Manchester, many nieces and nephews, friends, family members, and especially his good boy, Patches.
A special extension of gratitude to Roxanne Neuman for the special care that was given to Peter to ensure a loving passing.

A Life Celebration will be held Sunday July 20th at Puritan Backroom Function Center 245 Hooksett Road, Manchester starting at 5:30pm. Internment is private and will be held at a later date.
