Peter Harrison

Peter Harrison of Hooksett, NH passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022, following a forty-two year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. 

 

Grandpa, as he was lovingly called by his seven grandchildren, will be greatly missed.  They will remember his quick wit and sense of humor, his immense knowledge and love of military history, and his love of Tom Brady and Angry Birds.  Grandpa was always willing to play a game of chess,  ready to read a story from his Brer Rabbit book, and enjoyed quizzing the children on what different groups of animals were called (his favorite being a "murder" of crows).

 

Peter was loved by many, but especially by his surviving wife of sixty-one years, Victoria Harrison.  In addition to his wife, Peter is survived by his adoring sons Matthew Harrison and wife Alexis of Hooksett, and Thane Harrison and wife Mary of Strafford; as well as grandchildren Sarah, Stella, Madeleine, Benjamin, Mariella, and Caleb.  He is predeceased by his brother Russell Harrison and by granddaughter Cecilia Harrison.
