Pierre A. Ferland

Pierre A. Ferland, 59, of 30 Styles Road, New Boston, died August 17, 2003 at his residence. He was born in Compton, Quebec on October 4, 1943, the son of Joel and Elyse (Vaillancourt) Ferland. He had been a Manchester resident since 1965 before moving to New Boston three years ago. He owned and operated East Coast Acoustics for fifteen years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed snowmobiling and camping. He was a loving husband, father and pepere. He also had many very loving in-laws. Family members include his wife of 35 years, Celine (Lapierre) Ferland; two daughters, Vicky Kunes of PA and Shaina Williams of New Boston; four grandchildren; five sisters and two brothers in Quebec; and many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday morning at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery mausoleum.
